Manpower Supply on one ledger.

Deployed staff, payroll and client invoicing against one ledger. Most of these businesses live between a purchase order and an invoice - and the margin hides in what happened in between.

What actually differs

Built for a manpower supply.

Same ledger underneath - arranged around what this business actually raises, holds and chases.

One record per employee

Contract, attendance, leave, loans, claims and final settlement on a single record.

Payroll to the ledger

Runs post the wage expense and the liabilities, so nothing is reconciled afterwards.

Client receivables

Invoice per deployment and age it, with statements and post-dated cheques tracked.

A timesheet per contract period

One line per deployed worker with days, normal hours, overtime and absence, against the client supply contract.

Approved, then invoiced

Approving locks the timesheet and bills the client at each line’s contract charge rate plus the overtime rate, posted to receivables.

What employee record posts.

Part of business services on VISIONS ERP. Every document writes its own journal at real cost, the moment it happens - revenue, cost and VAT posted together, with nothing to reconcile between systems. The ledger is here, stock is here and the whole platform is here.

Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT - Basic from AED 115 a month. Filing is the same cycle whatever you do: VAT accounting software, and what e-invoicing will require.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Does it handle end-of-service settlement?

Yes - loans, expense claims and final settlements sit on the same employee record, and the payroll run posts the result to the ledger.

Can we set an approval threshold?

Yes - documents can be held until signed off, which is useful for orders over a credit or discount threshold.

Do we get an aged payables list?

Yes, AP aging and supplier statements come from the same ledger the bills posted to.

Can we bill clients from timesheets?

Yes. A period timesheet records what each deployed worker worked against a client supply contract, one line per deployment with days, normal hours, overtime and absence. Approving it locks the timesheet and raises the client invoice at that contract line’s charge rate plus the overtime rate, posted straight to receivables. Unbilling reverses the entry and unlinks it.

What sits behind a deployment?

A supply contract with its lines, the client sites the workers are deployed to, and skill categories that set the charge basis. Each deployment ties a worker to a contract line, which is what the timesheet and the invoice price against.

Does the worker cost show against what we billed?

Yes. Payroll posts the wage expense and the liabilities to the ledger, and the client invoice posts the revenue, so the margin on a contract is a reported figure rather than a spreadsheet.
