Accounting your auditor won’t argue with.

A real double-entry ledger under every sale, purchase, payroll run and job card - not a bolt-on that gets reconciled at month-end. Trial balance, P&L and balance sheet are live, and every number drills to the document behind it.

One ledger
What’s inside

Everything a mid-market finance function needs. Nothing bolted on.

Run your general ledger, receivables and payables from one place. Every transaction anywhere else in the business - a counter sale, a purchase receipt, a payroll run, a job card - posts to a balanced entry here, as it happens.

The ledger

  • Chart of accounts with account groups, and system accounts for AR, AP, tax and inventory control
  • Balanced journal entries - reversing, recurring, with approvals and CSV import
  • Drill into the general ledger, and unpost when a correction is genuinely needed
  • Multi-currency with dated exchange rates
  • Tax codes and cost-centre tagging, with summaries

Money in - receivables

  • Customer invoices, credit notes and payment receipts
  • Advance settlement against later invoices
  • Credit notes reduce AR against the original invoice, not as a loose adjustment
  • AR aging and customer statements
  • Post-dated cheques tracked through issued, presented, cleared and bounced

Money out - payables

  • Vendor bills, debit notes and payments
  • Outstanding-balance tracking per supplier
  • Debit notes reduce AP against the original bill
  • AP aging and supplier statements
  • PDCs on the payables side too, against the same ledger

Cash, bank and assets

  • Bank and cash accounts, with credit cards
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Cash-flow forecast
  • Fixed-asset register with depreciation runs
  • Asset disposal, posted correctly

Close and control

  • Fiscal years and periods you open and close
  • Closing a period locks posted history so nothing lands behind you
  • Budgeting against your own account structure
  • Full audit trail - who posted what, and when
  • Approvals separate whoever posts from whoever signs off

Reporting

  • Trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet
  • Cash flow and sales profitability
  • AR / AP aging and statements
  • Every figure drills to the journal, then to the document
  • Customisable print templates, and your own export any time
Why it matters

Three things that stop being your problem.

A balanced entry behind every document

You don’t post the accounting separately. A sale, a goods receipt, a payroll run and a job card all write their own journal, at real cost, the moment they happen.

Credit notes that behave like credit notes

A return reduces AR against the original invoice - not as a loose journal someone has to explain in April. Debit notes do the same on the payables side.

A closed period stays closed

Fiscal-year and period controls lock posted history. Nobody backdates an entry into a month you’ve already reported, and your audit trail says who did what.

The bits a UAE finance team actually spends its week on.

Most accounting packages treat these as edge cases. In the Gulf they’re the job.

5% VAT, calculated once

On invoices, credit notes, bills and debit notes - with tax codes and a VAT payable account that reconciles, so the return isn’t built from a spreadsheet.

Post-dated cheques

Inside receivables and payables - issued, presented, cleared and bounced, each tracked against the ledger instead of a drawer and a diary.

Multi-currency, dated

Trade in AED, USD or anything else with dated exchange rates, and report cleanly in your base currency - no manual conversion, no month-end surprises.

Switching over

You don’t have to wait for year-end.

Bring your chart of accounts, your customer and supplier balances and your opening trial balance across as a CSV import. Send them over and we’ll do it with you - most companies are posting live entries the same week.

  • Your account structure, not a template you have to adopt
  • Open AR and AP brought in per customer and supplier, not as one lump
  • Prior periods closed on arrival, so history can’t be edited by accident

FAQ

What accountants ask us first.

If your question isn’t here, ask - we’d rather tell you it doesn’t do something than have you find out in month two.

Can I get my data out for my auditor?

Yes - export the ledger, the journals, AR and AP and the trial balance whenever you want, in formats that open in a spreadsheet. That’s what "the ERP your business actually owns" is supposed to mean. No exit fee, no support ticket.

Can I correct a posted entry?

Entries can be unposted when a correction is genuinely needed, and reversing journals are supported - but only in an open period, and the audit trail records it. Once a period is closed, posted history is locked.

Does it produce my VAT return?

VAT is calculated on every invoice, credit note, bill and debit note, and a VAT payable account collects it. You get the figures that make up the return from a VAT payable account that actually reconciles, rather than rebuilding them in a spreadsheet.

Can I run more than one company on one login?

Each company is its own tenant with its own books. You sign in per company; the accounting core, chart of accounts and periods are separate for each.

How do post-dated cheques appear in the ledger?

PDCs are tracked on both receivables and payables through issued, presented, cleared and bounced - each stage posts against the ledger, so a cheque in the drawer is never invisible to your accounts.

Can my external accountant have their own login?

Yes. Add them as a user with a role scoped to what they need - the books, the reports and the exports - with every action captured in the audit trail.

Which plan includes accounting?

All of them - the ledger is the core of the product, not a module. Starter includes accounting and VAT from AED 299 a month including 5% VAT.
